Development Changes Day 6

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Finally I had the time to hang around here once again and fix a couple of things. One would be the
quick reply function on our forum, it'll be easier now to reply to topics and I do think it adds fluidity.

Secondly I added Rules for Points Shop, hopefully making it more concrete for other users to start working on their badges.

There's also one thing I want to talk about points and how it is earned.

For each topic created in any categories there would be add +3 points
For each replies within a topic would grant +1 point(s)
