Guess this Cartoon Character

Hi I'm taking a break from all the coding and everything. So let's play a game I called........

GUESS THAT CHARACTER!!

I'll be posting a picture here and will only show one piece of the character. You get unlimited chances of guess and will earn +5 points per right answer. Without using hints and +4 for getting the right answer with the help of using hints. You also get +3 if you get it right by the help of dices! D4 to be exact!

You can use a D4 dice and the higher the number the more spots would be revealed.
The difference between hints and dices is that, the hints would be a form of text and dices would reveal certain parts of the picture.

(Trecklerzzz wouldn't know the characters that I'll be showing so she can hop along.)

I finally found a bunch of 1991 results at Google and came to a conclusion that it's Ren and Stimpy! if not it might be real monsters? but I doubt it

Might be Ren. most probably and if it isn't him then stimpy lol easy either way I still got it right for getting the right show down.
